FAQ: Frequently asked questions about Standable

    We have collected the most frequently asked questions and answered them for you in this FAQ. If you still have any questions, please feel free to send us your request via our contact form or via our hotline 044 589 68 01 tell us about it.

    Delivery / Shipping

    We are looking forward to your order and will prepare it with all care. Please refer directly to the product selection for current delivery times and availability. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will be informed about the delivery.

    You will receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. We use the e-mail address of your order for the confirmation. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day during the course of the day with DHL or a forwarding company.

    Delivery is made by DHL to the curb during the day (Monday - Friday). 

    You will receive the tracking information of your packages from DHL via SMS. As the recipient, you can track the packages, change the delivery date or approve a delivery without a signature.

    Delivery will be made without change on your part only if you are present - against your signature. DHL will contact you by phone if you are not present. In case of absence, you will receive a parcel notification and the delivery will be made either on the following working day or by appointment. This second delivery is subject to a fee.

    For logistical reasons, delivery is made in several packages (table top, table frame, accessories). In individual cases, you may receive several deliveries on one working day.

    Delivery is carried out by the forwarding company Galliker to the curb during the day (Monday - Friday). 

    You will be notified of the delivery date by shipping confirmation (e-mail).

    Delivery will be made only if you are present - against your signature. Galliker will contact you by telephone if you are not present.

    In case of absence, the order will not be delivered. The second delivery will be made by arrangement. This second delivery is subject to a charge and will be invoiced separately (minimum CHF 89.00).

    You have the possibility to arrange an appointment delivery (Monday - to Friday). Please use the field "Remarks" in the order process or inform us afterwards. The appointment is free of charge.

    Other delivery options, e.g. certain times, floor deliveries can be organized by us for a fee. Please ask us about this.

    Appointments are only possible before shipping. Therefore, please inform us as early as possible about desired dates or absences.

    All products are packed and shipped with care.

    If there is still a transport damage, we need a feedback with photo(s) of the damage from you within 5 working days.

    Mounting

    Our entire range is designed for self-assembly.

    The assembly is very simple and quickly done.

    You will receive detailed instructions for everything.

    The control unit (operating element) has an extra-long cable so that you can position it exactly where you want it.

    The table top is attached directly to the frame with and the supplied wood screws without pre-drilling (we recommend using a cordless screwdriver). The top has no holes so you can customize the length of the frame to your needs.

    Our accessories are either ready-to-use or ready to use in just a few steps.

    Our customer support will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

    We offer you an in-house assembly service. Our assemblers know the products from A-Z and offer you an all-round service from delivery and assembly to environmentally friendly disposal of the packaging material.

    You can book the service directly during the order or afterwards via our customer support.

    Dismantling/conversion or disposal of existing tables is not included in the installation service.

    Table tops

    Do the plates in our offer not meet your requirements or do you already have a plate that you would like to continue using? No problem, you can use any plate of your choice with our single frame.

    Our panels are extra strong with 2.5cm and have a weight of 15-32kg, thus preventing bending and ensuring maximum stability at any working height.

    We will be happy to advise you on plate sizes or the use of your own plate.

    So that you can enjoy your bar table for several years, our table tops are made of FSC certified MFC wood (origin EU) with a thickness of 2.5cm. Compared to conventional table tops, our bar tables are much thicker and therefore more robust.

    The colors are applied in a special printing process and additionally coated with melamine. The edges are made of plastic rounded in the same color as the plate. Both sides are processed in the same high quality.

    The plates remain beautiful for years and forgive even intensive work. Cleaning is done with a damp cloth.

    The plate has no pre-drilled hole, so you have full flexibility in the assembly. The matching screws are of course included.

    Table frame

    The load capacity of our table frames is:

    • DESK 120kg
    • L-SHAPE 160kg
    • KIDS 100kg
    • MEETING 160kg

    It is driven by a continuously adjustable motor (each table leg is equipped with its own motor).

    The delivery is disassembled. With a simple assembly, the rack is built.

    All our table bases can be ordered individually in the colors gray / white / black.

    We will be happy to advise you whether your tabletop is suitable.
