Delivery / Shipping

Delivery time

Most of our products are available in stock and will be delivered within 1-2 working days. In rare cases, it is to be delivered in each of the articles in times will be longer – these are given directly to the product.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by E-Mail.

Shipping confirmation

You will receive the shipping confirmation E-Mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. We use for the confirmation of the E-Mail address of your order. The delivery will generally be made on the next working day in the course of the day with a freight forwarding company.

Delivery Of Individual Orders

The delivery is up to the curb. Date deliveries and floor deliveries can be agreed upon separately. Our packages by default contactless deposited. A delivery against a signature is carried out only in exceptional cases.
If you want a personal Delivery, you must inform us in advance.

You also have the option of a Preferred day for the delivery specify (no fixed time).
If no request is filed, the delivery will be usually within 1-2 working days.

Delivery Of Large Orders

Delivery is made through a freight forwarding company up to the curb over the course of the day (Monday – Friday).

The delivery date will be communicated to you via the shipping confirmation (E-Mail).

The delivery will take place only in the presence – signed for service. The forwarding agent will contact you by telephone, you should not be in front of the place.

In the case of absence, the order will not be delivered. The re-delivery is according to agreement. This second delivery is chargeable and will be invoiced separately (at least CHF 89.00)

Date of delivery

Yes, fixed delivery dates are possible – these are organised on an external forwarding.

Please note, the following surcharges for scheduled deliveries:

Delivery to 09:00: CHF 80.–
Delivery to 13:00: CHF 50.–
Fixed: CHF 80.–
Time window within 4 hours: CHF 50.–
Pick-up on a fixed date: CHF 50.–

As Standard logistics partners do not offer scheduled deliveries, will be organised for this purpose, a separate Transport.

Damage (Delivery)

All products are Packed with the utmost care and shipped.

However, a transport should occur damage, we kindly ask you to notify us of this within 3 working days of receipt.

Please send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Without timely notification of claims can not be taken into account.

Mounting

Self-Assembly

Our entire product range is designed for self-Assembly.

The construction is very easy and fast.

You can obtain all detailed instructions.

The control unit (control element) has an extra-long cable, so you can replace them exactly where you want.

The table top is attached with the provided wood screws without pre-drilling directly on the rack (we recommend using a cordless screwdriver). The panel has no holes so you can adjust the length of the frame to suit your needs.

Our accessories are either ready or in just a few ready-to-use handles.

Our customer support is available to you for questions, happy to help.

Assembly service

We offer a simple installation service. Our technicians know the products from A-Z, and provide you with a Service of delivery of the structure up to the environmentally friendly disposal of the packaging material.

You can book the Service directly during the order process or subsequently via our customer support.

A conversion of, or disposal of existing tables is not included in the Assembly service.

Yes, please make sure that the workplace enough space for the installation offers.

Additional services such as the Move existing furniture are not included in the standard service.

Table tops

Size

Our desks are depending on the model, in various sizes and finishes available.

If the offered plate does not correspond to the sizes of your ideas, or you want to use your own table top is easily possible: Our racks are flexible and can be used with most commercially available tabletop compatible.

Our table tops are 2.5 cm thick and weigh depending on the Size of approx. 15-32 kg. They stand for high-quality workmanship and a stable use in everyday work.

We would be happy to personally advise you on the choice of the appropriate Size, or use your own table top.

Material

In order for you to have several years of enjoyment to your table, our table tops are made of FSC-certified MFC-wood (origin: EU) with a thickness of 2.5 cm. In comparison to conventional tabletop with our bar tables are much thicker and thus more robust.

The colors are applied in a special printing process and additionally, with melamine-coated. The edges are rounded plastic of the same color as the plate. Both sides are processed in the same high quality.

The plates remain over the years is beautiful and forgiving and Work-intensive. The cleaning is done with a damp cloth.

The plate has no pre-drilled Hole, so that you have full flexibility in building. Matching screws are included.
