How soon will my desk be delivered?
Thanks to our warehouse in Switzerland, shipping is fast. Orders placed by noon on weekdays are usually delivered within 1–2 business days. For more planning certainty, you can specify your preferred delivery date in the message field during checkout.
How long does it take to assemble a desk?
Based on our experience, assembly takes about 45 to 60 minutes. Illustrated instructions will guide you through the assembly process step by step.
Can I assemble the desk myself?
Yes, the desk is designed for self-assembly; all assembly materials and detailed instructions are included. For easy and safe handling, we recommend that two people assemble it and that you use a cordless screwdriver. You can also optionally book our assembly service directly when placing your order or through customer support.
How stable is the height-adjustable desk?

Can I return my desk?

How does the return process work, exactly?
If you would like to return your desk, please contact our customer support team via email or our contact form to let us know. You have 100 days to return the table, preferably in its original packaging; we will arrange for our shipping carrier to pick it up and coordinate the pickup date with you. After inspecting the return, we will issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation and return policy as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
What kind of warranty do I get on my desk?
We are confident in the durability of our technology. That is why we offer up to a 10-year warranty on the frame of our desks, as well as several years of coverage on the electrical components, depending on the model. For details, please refer to Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
Can I order from abroad?
