Excluded from the warranty
- Table plates and wear parts such as, in particular, batteries, batteries, power cables, adapters, bulbs, seat covers, upholstery, etc. are excluded from the guarantee.

- Discoloration of materials due to spots, stains, inks or dyes;
- Natural variations in the wood grain;
- Traces of normal wear and tear;
- Changes or discoloration of the surface colour due to light / sunlight or aging;
- Damage caused by pens and sharp objects;
- Use of incompatible spare parts or accessories (e.g. power supply);

- Consequential damages.
7 due date, payment and default
The goods are shipped on account, or with any of the other payment solutions. The buyer pays the purchase price excluding postage costs to the business account to the account of the receiver – eversmart products GmbH. 14 Applicable Law
It shall be governed by Swiss law, under exclusion of the UN purchase law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
