It's not only when sitting and working that muscles stiffen – long periods of standing also put unnecessary strain on certain muscles and joints. Our bodies are made for plenty of movement and dynamism in everyday life. In the office, we are forced to remain in one and the same position for hours in an unnatural way, whether sitting or standing. In the long run, this isn't good for joints and muscles. And because the same joints and muscles are always under strain, it leads to fatigue and mental exhaustion. That is something we definitely want to avoid, which is why using standing mats with a height-adjustable desk is so important. To ensure ergonomic, comfortable work, you should on the one hand alternate regularly between sitting and standing, and on the other hand use a standing mat while standing. This makes working while standing more comfortable, and your weight is nicely cushioned and distributed. You can order the anti-fatigue mat as a set with your height-adjustable desk or separately – it doesn't matter, because we take care of the shipping for you. And to make ordering even easier, purchase on invoice is now also possible.
